The Student Success program at Boys Home of Virginia prepares young men for a successful future by focusing on life skills, character development, social-emotional growth, and leadership. Through targeted instruction and experiential learning, students gain practical life skills and understand the importance of strong character. They also improve their social and emotional well-being. Leadership training empowers students to take initiative and lead with integrity. Upon graduation, students pursue higher education, start careers in the trades, or serve in the military. They leave with the confidence and skills to thrive in their chosen paths.
